Greg currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students for Student Life and the Mount Vernon Campus. He joined The George Washington University in June 2010. Originally from Plymouth, Massachusetts, Greg holds a B.S in Secondary Education Social Sciences from the University of Vermont and a M.Ed. in College Student Personnel with a concentration in Substance Abuse Counseling and College Student Retention from the University of Maryland, College Park. Greg has served GW students in many capacities including Director of Residential Life, Director of Second, Third, & Fourth Year Experience, Area Coordinator, Community Director, Staff Justice, Greek Life Advisor, Sexual Assault Task Force co-chair, and head of the Division of Student Affairs emergency on-call response unit. Greg is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Human and Organizational Learning in GW's Executive Leadership Doctoral Program. His research focuses on transformative learning experiences of employees in organizations. Greg's professional background and interests include organizational change management, human resource development, risk management, student development, mentoring, collegiate recovery, leadership, and crisis response.
